Customer Commitment

Customers when ordering must be aware of penalties that can be imposed if the food is not handled in accordance with continually changing E.U requirements. For us to achieve our own standards, as well as those required by the Food Safety Act 1990, all products must be stored and transported under hygienic and temperature-controlled conditions to your premises. When our goods have been delivered and signed for as being correct, they cannot later be returned to us, nor will we accept claims for shortages at a later date. Please ensure that you or your qualified staff check our deliveries thoroughly.

Conditions of Sale

For us to achieve our own standards, as well as those required by the Food Safety Act 1990, all products must be stored and transported under hygienic and temperature-controlled conditions to your premises. When our goods have been delivered and signed for as being correct, they cannot later be returned to us, nor will we accept claims for shortages at a later date. Please ensure that you or your qualified staff check our deliveries thoroughly.

1. All products supplied will be at our standard list price plus VAT where applicable.
2. We reserve the right to alter prices without notification.
3. Payment will be on a cash-on-delivery basis unless otherwise agreed.
4. No products are supplied on a sale or return basis.
5. Title from any goods purchased from the seller shall only pass to the buyer upon payment in full of the price thereof. The seller reserves title in all goods supplied to the buyer until the buyer has settled all outstanding invoices from the seller. Until such payment, the buyer shall store the products in such a way as to show clearly that they are the property of the seller provided that the buyer may sell and deliver the products to a third party in the ordinary course of the buyer's business on condition that until such payment as aforesaid, the buyer has the fiduciary duty to account to the seller for the proceeds. The buyer hereby assigns rights and claims which third parties owe until payment is made in full as aforesaid. The seller reserves the right to repossess any of the products to which it has title hereunder and for this purpose, the buyer hereby grants an irrevocable right and license to the seller’s servants and agents to enter upon all or any of its premises with such transport as may be necessary during normal working hours. Nothing in this condition shall confer any right upon the buyer to return the goods sold hereunder or refuse to make payment unless otherwise agreed.
6. Data Protection:
   Retail outlets and customers purchasing products from Eden Farm Ltd. trading as Eden Farm Hulleys should note that by placing orders they will be taken to have authorised Eden Farm Ltd. to use data provided to it:
   • a) In the course of trading with Eden Farm Ltd.
   • b) By the company in accordance with trading terms or payment arrangements.
   • c) To advise retail outlets or customers of product offers.
   • d) To offer this information to other reputable companies, organisations, or persons who wish to offer their products or services, or the promotions or services of Eden Farm Ltd. to such retail outlets or customers.

   If retail outlets or customers do not wish Eden Farm Ltd. to use their details or data in this way, they may notify Eden Farm Ltd. in writing to:

7. All goods are offered subject to availability.
8. Whilst we make every effort to provide the most accurate information, items may be mispriced, and Eden Farm Ltd. reserves the right to change prices at any time without further notice.
9. Always check the listed product barcode against the pack upon delivery. No liability is accepted by the company for these charges or errors.
